Setting up your OttLite LED Desk Lamp is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to begin using your lamp:
- Unpack the Lamp: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure the lamp base, flexible neck, and LED head are intact.
- Position the Lamp: Place the lamp on a stable, flat surface such as a desk, table, or workbench. Ensure there is enough space for the flexible neck to be adjusted as needed.
- Connect Power: Locate the power cable. Insert the small end of the power cable into the power input port on the back or side of the lamp base. Plug the other end of the power cable into a standard electrical outlet (120 Volts).

Power On/Off and Brightness Adjustment
The lamp is controlled by a single touch-sensitive button located on the base.
- To Turn On: Gently tap the power button icon on the lamp base. The lamp will illuminate at its lowest brightness setting.
- To Adjust Brightness: Continue to tap the power button. Each tap will cycle through the three available brightness settings (Low, Medium, High).
- To Turn Off: After cycling through all three brightness settings, tap the power button one more time to turn the lamp off.
