1. Introduction and Overview

2. Safety Instructions

Please read and understand all safety instructions before operating this appliance to prevent injury or damage.

4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the cooler from its packaging. Retain all packaging materials for future storage or transport.
  2. Placement: Place the cooler on a firm, level surface. For optimal cooling, position the cooler near an open window or door to allow fresh air intake. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper airflow.
  3. Fill Water Tank: Open the water inlet at the rear of the cooler. Fill the water tank with clean, cool water. Monitor the water level indicator on the front to ensure you do not exceed the 'MAX' mark. For enhanced cooling, you may add ice cubes to the water tank.
  4. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a suitable 230V AC electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet is properly grounded.

5. Operating Instructions

The control panel features two rotary knobs:

  • Air Flow (Fan Speed) Knob: Controls the fan speed. Turn the knob to select from 'LO' (Low), 'MED' (Medium), or 'HI' (High) settings. Turn to 'OFF' to switch off the fan.
  • Swing/Cool Knob: Controls the cooling and swing functions.
    • Turn to 'SWING' to activate the motorized vertical louvers, which oscillate to distribute air across a wider area.
    • Turn to 'COOL' to activate the water pump and cooling function. Water will be circulated over the honeycomb pads, providing evaporative cooling.
    • Turn to 'OFF' to deactivate both cooling and swing functions.

To Operate:

  1. Ensure the water tank is filled to an appropriate level.
  2. Plug in the cooler.
  3. Turn the 'Air Flow' knob to your desired fan speed (LO, MED, or HI).
  4. To activate cooling, turn the 'Swing/Cool' knob to 'COOL'. For oscillating airflow, turn it to 'SWING'. You can use both functions simultaneously by setting the knob to 'COOL' and then adjusting the 'Air Flow' knob.
  5. To turn off the cooler, set both knobs to 'OFF'.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your cooler.

6.1. Daily/Weekly Maintenance

  • Water Tank: Regularly check the water level and refill as needed. If the cooler is not used for an extended period, drain the water completely to prevent stagnation and odor.
  • Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

6.2. Monthly Maintenance

  • Drain Water: Unplug the cooler. Locate the drain plug at the bottom rear of the unit. Remove the plug to completely drain the water tank.
  • Clean Water Tank: After draining, clean the inside of the water tank with a mild detergent and water. Rinse thoroughly to remove any residue.
  • Clean Honeycomb Pads: The honeycomb pads can be removed for cleaning. Gently rinse them under running water to remove dust and mineral deposits. Allow them to dry completely before reinserting.

6.3. Storage

When storing the cooler for an extended period:

  1. Drain all water from the tank and clean it thoroughly.
  2. Clean the honeycomb pads and allow them to dry completely.
  3. Clean the exterior of the unit.
  4. Store the cooler in a dry, dust-free place, preferably in its original packaging.
