This manual provides instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your EACH AntDau71 RL-9909 Two-Way Window Intercom System.

Product Overview

The EACH AntDau71 RL-9909 Two-Way Window Intercom System is designed for clear, automatic two-way communication in environments with security barriers, such as bank counters, ticket booths, and offices. It features anti-interference and noise cancellation for optimal audio quality. Separate volume controls are provided for both internal and external audio.

Setup Instructions

  1. Connect the External Speaker: Plug the audio cable from the external speaker into one of the "EXT" ports on the back of the main intercom unit.
  2. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the "DC 9V" power jack on the back of the main unit, then connect the adapter to a power outlet.
  3. Power On: Flip the ON/OFF switch on the main unit to the "ON" position. The power indicator light should illuminate.

Operating Instructions

The AntDau71 RL-9909 features automatic two-way communication. No buttons need to be pressed for standard conversation.

Volume Adjustment

  • Inside Volume (IN): Use the "IN" knob on the main unit to adjust the volume of the external speaker's audio heard by the internal operator.
  • Outside Volume (OUT): Use the "OUT" knob on the main unit to adjust the volume of the main unit's audio heard by the external guest.

Mute Function

The main unit includes a mute button to temporarily disable audio transmission in either direction:

  • Press the "MUTE" button to mute the microphone. Press again to unmute.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your intercom system, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surfaces of the main unit and external speaker. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or strong chemicals.
  • Environment: Keep the device in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity.
  • Cables: Regularly check all cables for any signs of wear or damage. Replace damaged cables immediately to prevent malfunction or safety hazards.
  • Storage: If storing the unit for an extended period, disconnect it from power and store it in its original packaging or a protective container.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your AntDau71 RL-9909 Intercom System, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
