6. Troubleshooting
Before contacting customer service, please check the following common issues and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Oven does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power outage; timer not set. | Ensure the oven is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check your household circuit breaker. Set the timer knob to a desired cooking time or to the "stay on" position. |
| Food is not cooking evenly. | Incorrect cooking mode; oven overloaded; improper rack position. | Ensure the correct cooking mode (e.g., convection for evenness) is selected. Avoid overcrowding the oven. Adjust rack position for optimal heat distribution. |
| Oven produces smoke during operation. | Food spills; residue from previous cooking; initial burn-off. | Clean the oven interior thoroughly. Ensure no food residue is on the heating elements. If it's the first use, a small amount of smoke is normal. Ensure good ventilation. |
| Temperature seems inaccurate. | Oven door not fully closed; preheating not sufficient. | Ensure the oven door is fully closed. Allow sufficient preheating time (10-15 minutes) before placing food inside. |
