1. Introduction

2. Safety Instructions

  • Always ensure the unit is unplugged before filling or emptying the tank.
  • Do not immerse the main unit in water or other liquids.

  • Do not operate the cleaner without liquid in the tank.
  • Avoid using flammable, explosive, or corrosive cleaning solutions.

4. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your ultrasonic cleaner:

  1. Unpack the unit and place it on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
  2. Ensure the power switch on the back of the unit is in the OFF position.
  3. Connect the detachable power cord to the unit and then to a grounded electrical outlet.
  4. Open the lid and place the cleaning basket inside the stainless steel tank.
  5. Fill the tank with water or an appropriate cleaning solution. Do not exceed the 'MAX' fill line.

5. Operation

Operating your LifeBasis ultrasonic cleaner is straightforward:

  1. After setup, place the items to be cleaned into the cleaning basket. Ensure items are fully submerged but not overcrowded.
  2. Close the lid.
  3. Turn on the main power switch located at the back of the unit.
  4. Press the On/Off Key on the control panel to activate the unit. The digital display will light up.
  5. Setting the Timer: Use the Time buttons (up/down arrows) to select the desired cleaning duration (1 to 30 minutes).
  6. Activating Degas Function: Press the Function Button to activate the degas mode. This runs for 90 seconds to remove air from the solution, improving ultrasonic efficiency.
  7. Activating Heating Function: Press the Heater Button to turn on the heating element. The heater will warm the solution up to 65°C. Heating can be used independently or in conjunction with ultrasonic cleaning.
  8. The unit will automatically stop when the set time expires. You can manually stop it at any time by pressing the On/Off Key.
  9. After cleaning, unplug the unit and carefully remove the basket with the cleaned items.

6. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your ultrasonic cleaner.

  • Draining the Tank: After each use, especially with cleaning solutions, unplug the unit and carefully drain the liquid from the tank. The unit has a convenient pouring spout.
  • Cleaning the Tank: Wipe the stainless steel tank with a soft cloth. For stubborn residues, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Rinse thoroughly.
  • Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
  • Storage: Store the unit in a cool, dry place with the lid closed to prevent dust accumulation.
