Setup
Battery Installation
The Laser X Single Player Gaming Set requires 2 AA batteries (not included). To install batteries:
- Locate the battery compartment on the blaster.
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert 2 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
Vest Connection
Connect the receiver vest to the blaster using the attached cable. Ensure the connection is firm.
Power On
Turn on the blaster using the power switch. The receiver vest will also activate once connected.
Operating Instructions
Basic Gameplay
Aim your blaster at an opponent's receiver vest and press the trigger to fire. The blaster has a range of up to 200 feet. Full color lighting effects on the blaster and vest indicate shots and hits. An interactive voice coach provides tips and feedback during gameplay.
Game Life Indicator
The receiver vest features a game life indicator that visually tracks your remaining game life. When hit, the vest will react accordingly.
Audio Features
Plug in headphones (not included) into the receiver vest's headphone jack to hear the Laser X Soundtrack and immersive sound effects, enhancing your gaming experience.
Team Selection
Select your team (Red, Blue, or Neutral) directly on the receiver vest to coordinate with other players or engage in free-for-all battles.
Compatibility
This Laser X set is fully compatible with all other Laser X sets, allowing for expanded gameplay with multiple players and different Laser X products.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the blaster and receiver vest with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
