Operating Instructions
Taking a Measurement
- Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor. Relax for 5 minutes before taking a measurement.
- Place the cuff on your bare wrist, approximately 1-2 cm above your elbow joint, ensuring the air tube runs down the center of your arm. The cuff should be snug but not too tight.
- Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at heart level.
- Press the START/STOP button. The monitor will automatically inflate the cuff and begin the measurement.
- Remain still and silent during the measurement.
- Once the measurement is complete, the monitor will display your Systolic (SYS), Diastolic (DIA), and Pulse (Pul/min) readings.

An arrhythmia indicator will appear on the display if an irregular heartbeat is detected during the measurement. If this indicator appears frequently, consult your physician.
