2. Safety Information

Warning: During assembly and installation, sharp edges may be present. Exercise caution to prevent injury. Ensure the greenhouse is securely fastened during construction and installation. Avoid using acidic pesticides, as these can cause chemical reactions with the PE cover.

To extend the lifespan of your greenhouse, reinforce it against severe weather conditions such as strong winds, heavy rain, snow, and hail.

3. Assembly Instructions

Assembly requires at least two people. Follow the included assembly guide for detailed step-by-step instructions. Ensure all components are present before starting.

3.1 Component Identification

Refer to the parts list provided with your greenhouse for identification of all frame tubes, connectors, and the PE cover.

3.2 Frame Construction

Connect the galvanized metal tubes according to the assembly diagram. Ensure all connections are firm and secure. Use the provided fasteners to join the frame sections.

3.3 Cover Installation

Carefully drape the PE cover over the assembled frame. Ensure it is centered and evenly distributed. The cover is designed to be 20 cm longer at the sides than the metal tubes. This extra length can be buried in the ground or weighted down with stones to enhance stability.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Ventilation

The greenhouse features side windows with insect screens to ensure optimal ventilation. Open these windows as needed to regulate temperature and humidity inside the greenhouse. The roll-up net windows allow for good air circulation and can also serve as observation windows.

4.2 Access

The greenhouse is equipped with a roll-up door with a zipper for easy entry and exit, and for moving plants or equipment in and out.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

Regularly clean the PE cover with water and a soft cloth or brush to remove dirt and debris. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the material.

5.2 Seasonal Care

In autumn, thoroughly clean the cover and store it in a dry place if you plan to dismantle the greenhouse for winter. If leaving it assembled, ensure it is well-secured against winter weather conditions (wind, snow, etc.).

5.3 Frame Inspection

Periodically inspect the metal frame for any signs of rust or damage. Tighten any loose bolts or connections.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Instability

If the greenhouse feels unstable, ensure the bottom edge of the cover is properly buried or weighted down. Verify that all frame connections are tight and that ground anchors are securely installed.

6.2 Poor Ventilation

If plants are suffering from excessive heat or humidity, ensure all ventilation windows are open. Consider additional shading during peak sunlight hours if necessary.

6.3 Cover Damage

Small tears in the PE cover can often be repaired with specialized greenhouse repair tape. For significant damage, consider replacing the cover.
