Operating Instructions
These computer voucher checks are designed for seamless integration with popular accounting software. Follow these guidelines for optimal use.
Using Checks with Accounting Software:
- Ensure your printer is correctly configured for 'check on top' voucher check formats.
- Load the checks into your printer tray according to your printer's specifications and your software's printing alignment settings.
- Perform a test print on a plain sheet of paper to verify alignment before printing on actual checks. Adjust software settings as needed.
- After printing, detach the check from the two voucher stubs using the perforations. The voucher stubs are for your records.

Check Perforations:
The checks feature standard perforations at 3 ½ x 3 ½ x 4 inches, allowing for easy separation of the main check from the two accompanying voucher stubs.
Security Features:
Our checks are manufactured with advanced security features to protect against fraud and unauthorized alterations. These features comply with Check Payment Associations guidelines and Check 21 compatibility standards.

- Warning Band: Found at the top of the border, indicating security features for easy identification.
- Security Pantographs: Custom check backgrounds designed to limit reproducibility by scanning or photocopying.
- Micro-Printed Border: Made of microsized lettering which reads "ORIGINALDOCUMENT" around three sides of the pantograph.
- Void Wording: The word "VOID" appears when a photocopy is attempted.
- Hidden Logos: The check mark logo of the Manufacturer, the words "SECURE CHECK" and a lock icon are all in the signature area.
- No Slice Lines: Non-uniform lines make it impossible to cut and paste.
- Opaque White Printing: Icons and speckled pantograph printed in white ink that can only be viewed clearly under UV light.
- Thermographic Printing: Lock icon and "SECURE DOCUMENT" logo printed in pink ink that fades when rubbed or breathed upon.
- Microprinting: Microsized lettering throughout the endorsement area.
- Check Identity Bar Code: A unique bar code for check identification.
Maintenance and Storage
Proper handling and storage will preserve the quality and integrity of your checks.
- Store checks in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity.
- Keep checks in their original packaging or a secure container to prevent bending, creasing, or damage to the paper and security features.
- Avoid exposing checks to chemicals or liquids that could alter the ink or paper.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your checks, refer to the following common solutions.
Common Issues:
- Incorrect Printing/Misalignment:
Verify your printer settings match the 'check on top' voucher format. Adjust the alignment settings within your accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Quicken). Always perform a test print on plain paper first.
- Incorrect Information Printed on Checks:
If the printed company or bank information is incorrect due to an error in the customization submission, please contact customer support immediately. If the error was on our part, we will rectify it. If the error was in the information provided by you, a re-order may be necessary.
- Paper Jams:
Ensure checks are loaded correctly into the printer tray, not bent or creased. Check your printer's manual for specific paper loading instructions for check stock.
