- Placement: Position the juicer on a clean, dry, and stable countertop. The heavy-duty base is designed to provide stability.
- Assemble: Ensure the strainer is properly seated within the funnel, and the funnel is securely placed on the base. The pressure cap should align correctly with the strainer.
4. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to extract juice efficiently from your citrus fruits:
- Prepare Fruit: Select fresh citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons, limes, or pomegranates. Cut the fruit in half or quarters, depending on its size, to fit comfortably on the strainer.

Figure 4.1: Prepare your fruit by cutting it in half.
- Place Fruit: Lift the handle to raise the pressure cap. Place one half of the cut fruit onto the strainer, cut-side down.

Figure 4.2: Place the fruit half onto the strainer.
- Position Container: Place a glass or container directly beneath the funnel to collect the extracted juice.
- Extract Juice: Firmly pull the handle down with steady pressure. The pressure cap will press the fruit against the strainer, extracting the juice. Continue pressing until all juice is extracted.
