3. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the pressure cap, strainer, and funnel with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  3. Placement: Position the juicer on a clean, dry, and stable countertop. The heavy-duty base is designed to provide stability.
  4. Assemble: Ensure the strainer is properly seated within the funnel, and the funnel is securely placed on the base. The pressure cap should align correctly with the strainer.

4. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to extract juice efficiently from your citrus fruits:

  1. Prepare Fruit: Select fresh citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons, limes, or pomegranates. Cut the fruit in half or quarters, depending on its size, to fit comfortably on the strainer.

  1. Place Fruit: Lift the handle to raise the pressure cap. Place one half of the cut fruit onto the strainer, cut-side down.

  1. Position Container: Place a glass or container directly beneath the funnel to collect the extracted juice.
  2. Extract Juice: Firmly pull the handle down with steady pressure. The pressure cap will press the fruit against the strainer, extracting the juice. Continue pressing until all juice is extracted.

  1. Repeat: Lift the handle, remove the squeezed fruit, and repeat the process for additional juice.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your juicer.

  1. Disassembly: After each use, lift the handle and carefully remove the pressure cap, strainer, and funnel from the main unit.
  2. Washing: The stainless steel pressure cap, strainer, and funnel are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them by hand with warm, soapy water and a soft brush to remove any pulp or residue.
