Setup

1. Battery Installation

Your Eurotime wall clock requires one 1.5V AA battery (not included). Follow these steps to install the battery:

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the clock.
2. Open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert one 1.5V AA battery, ensuring the correct polarity (+ and -) as indicated inside the compartment.
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2. Initial Synchronization

After battery installation, the clock will automatically search for the DCF77 radio signal. This process may take a few minutes. During synchronization, the hands will typically move to the 12 o'clock position and then adjust to the correct time once the signal is received.

• Place the clock near a window or in an area with good radio reception, away from electronic devices that might cause interference.
• Allow the clock sufficient time (up to 24 hours in some cases, especially during initial setup or after a long period of no signal) to receive the signal and set itself.
• Once synchronized, the clock will display the precise time and automatically adjust for daylight saving time changes.

• In case of signal loss, the clock will continue to run on its internal quartz movement and attempt to re-synchronize periodically.
