Setup

  1. Insert Micro SD Card: Open the battery/card compartment. Insert a Micro SD card (not included) into the designated slot. The camera supports Micro SD cards. Ensure the card is formatted before first use (refer to the camera's menu settings).
  2. Install Battery: This camera requires 1 Lithium Ion battery (not included). Open the battery compartment and insert the battery, ensuring correct polarity.
  3. Charge the Camera: Connect the camera to a power source using the provided USB cable. The charging indicator will illuminate. Allow the camera to fully charge before first use.
  4. Attach Waterproof Case: For water activities or protection against impacts, place the camera inside the waterproof case. Ensure the case is securely latched.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

  • To power on, press and hold the Power/Mode button for a few seconds.
  • To power off, press and hold the Power/Mode button again until the screen turns off.

Mode Selection

Press the Power/Mode button repeatedly to cycle through different modes: Video Recording, Photo Mode, Playback, and Settings. The current mode will be displayed on the 2-inch screen.

Video Recording (1080p)

  • In Video Recording mode, press the Shutter/OK button to start recording. A red indicator light will flash, and a timer will appear on the screen.
  • Press the Shutter/OK button again to stop recording. The video will be saved in AVI format.
  • The camera supports 1080p video capture resolution.

Photo Capture

  • In Photo Mode, press the Shutter/OK button to take a picture. The image will be saved in JPEG format.
