Button Functions:

  • MODE: Cycles through operating modes (Auto, Cool, Dry, Fan, Heat).
  • (Power): Turns the air conditioner unit On or Off.
  • FAN: Adjusts fan speed (Auto, Low, Med, High).
  • SWING: Activates or deactivates the louver swing function.

  • SLEEP: Activates sleep mode for comfortable night operation.
  • TEMP: Displays indoor, outdoor, or set temperature.
  • CLOCK: Sets the current time.
  • I FEEL: Activates the 'I Feel' function, sensing temperature at the remote's location.
  • LIGHT: Turns the indoor unit's display light On or Off.
  • TIMER ON / TIMER OFF: Sets the timer for automatic power on or off.

3. Setup

3.1 Battery Installation

  1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote controller.
  2. Slide the cover downwards to open the compartment.
  3. Insert two (2) AA Alkaline batteries, ensuring the (+) and (-) terminals match the markings inside the compartment.
  4. Slide the cover back into place until it clicks securely.

Note: Replace batteries when the display dims or the remote's range decreases. Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Basic Operation

  • Power On/Off: Press the (Power) button to turn the air conditioner unit on or off.
  • Mode Selection: Press the MODE button repeatedly to cycle through Auto, Cool, Dry, Fan, and Heat modes. The selected mode will be displayed on the LCD.
  • Temperature Adjustment: Use the (Up) and (Down) buttons to increase or decrease the desired temperature.
  • Fan Speed: Press the FAN button to select desired fan speed: Auto, Low, Medium, or High.

4.2 Advanced Functions

  • SWING: Press the SWING button to activate or deactivate the automatic louver swing, directing airflow.
  • TURBO: Press TURBO for quick cooling or heating. The unit will operate at maximum power for a set period.
  • SLEEP: Press SLEEP to enter sleep mode, which adjusts temperature and fan speed for comfortable sleep and energy saving.
  • I FEEL: Press I FEEL to enable the remote to sense the ambient temperature at its location and adjust the unit's operation accordingly for localized comfort.
  • TIMER ON/OFF:
    1. Press TIMER ON or TIMER OFF.
    2. Use / buttons to set the desired time.
    3. Press the respective timer button again to confirm.
  • CLOCK: Press CLOCK, then use / buttons to set the current time. Press CLOCK again to confirm.
  • LIGHT: Press LIGHT to turn the indoor unit's display light on or off.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Battery Replacement

When the remote's display becomes dim or the unit does not respond consistently, it is time to replace the batteries. Follow the battery installation steps in Section 3.1.

5.2 Cleaning the Remote Controller

Wipe the remote controller with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use wet cloths, chemical cleaners, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the surface or internal components.

5.3 Storage

If the remote controller will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and potential damage. Store the remote in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
