8. Troubleshooting
Common issues and their solutions:
- How to use this car receiver?
A. Your car must have a 3.5mm Aux port.
B. Switch the car audio to AUX when you use this car receiver. - The calling volume is very low and music volume is very loud:
Call and music volume settings are different on your smartphone. Adjust the call volume when your smartphone is in call or dialing mode only. Note: For iPhone, the first Bluetooth connection's call volume may decrease significantly; you need to adjust it manually. - Auto-On not activating:
Auto-on is activated by impulse current. If the power supply changes twice in a short time (e.g., when changing power from car engine to battery), the impulse current activation may fail. In this case, you need to turn on the car kit manually. - No calling voice from this car receiver:
A. Open your Bluetooth settings and click on this car receiver. Check if all related profiles for this car receiver are selected.
B. For iPhone, please receive the phone call via the car receiver button. If you receive the call from your iPhone directly, the calling will transfer to your phone speaker due to iPhone Bluetooth settings.
