4. Setup and Assembly

The Sew Ready Folding Multipurpose Sewing Table requires minimal assembly. Follow these steps to set up your table:

1. Unfold the Legs: Carefully lay the table upside down on a clean, soft surface to protect the tabletop. Extend each leg assembly outwards until fully open.
2. Lock the Legs: Ensure the locking mechanisms on each leg assembly click securely into place. This prevents the legs from accidentally folding during use.
3. Flip the Table: With assistance if needed, carefully flip the table upright and place it in your desired location.
4. Adjust Floor Levelers: If the table wobbles, gently twist the four floor levelers located at the bottom of each leg until the table is stable and level.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Adjusting the Sewing Platform

The integrated sewing platform can be adjusted to six different heights to accommodate various sewing machine models and user preferences. This allows the sewing machine bed to be flush with the tabletop for a seamless work surface.

1. To Lower the Platform: Gently lift the platform slightly, then push the release levers on both sides of the platform's support brackets. Carefully lower the platform to the desired height setting, ensuring it clicks into place.
2. To Raise the Platform: Gently lift the platform until it reaches the desired height setting, ensuring it clicks into place.
3. For a Flat Surface: If not using a sewing machine, the platform can be raised to be flush with the main tabletop, creating a continuous flat work surface.

5.2. Folding for Storage

When not in use, the table can be easily folded for compact storage.

1. Clear the Table: Remove all items from the tabletop and the adjustable platform.
2. Unlock the Legs: Locate the locking mechanisms on each leg assembly. Disengage the locks to allow the legs to fold inwards.
3. Fold the Legs: Carefully fold each leg assembly inwards towards the underside of the tabletop.
4. Store: Once folded, the table can be stored upright against a wall or horizontally under a bed or in a closet.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance will help prolong the life of your Sew Ready Folding Multipurpose Sewing Table.

• Cleaning: Wipe the tabletop and frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
