Important Safety Instructions

  • Read all instructions before using this heater.
  • This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces.
  • Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
  • Always unplug heater when not in use.
  • Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
  • Do not use outdoors.
  • To disconnect heater, turn controls to OFF, then remove plug from outlet.
  • Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
  • To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
  • This heater has an internal safety feature that automatically turns off the unit if it overheats. If this occurs, unplug the heater from the electrical outlet and allow it to cool for 30 minutes before restarting.
  • The heater is equipped with a safety tip-over switch that automatically shuts off the unit if it is accidentally tipped over.

Setup

Operating Instructions

Control Panel and Remote Control

The Usha FH 3628 CT Fan Heater can be operated using the control panel on the unit or the provided remote control.

Power On/Off

  • Plug the heater into a grounded electrical outlet.
  • Press the Power button on the control panel or remote control to turn the unit on.
  • Press the Power button again to turn the unit off.

Temperature Settings

  • Use the temperature control buttons (usually '+' and '-') to adjust the desired room temperature. The heater will cycle on and off to maintain the set temperature.

Heat Modes

  • Select between different heat settings (e.g., Low Heat, High Heat) using the Mode button on the control panel or remote.

Oscillation Function

  • Press the Oscillation button to activate the oscillating function, which allows the heater to rotate and distribute warm air across a wider area.
  • Press the button again to stop oscillation.

Cleaning
