6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your vacuum cleaner.

6.1 Dust Bag Replacement

Check the dust bag regularly. Replace the dust bag when it is full or when suction power decreases significantly. Always use genuine HEPA filter replacement bags.

6.2 Filter Cleaning/Replacement

The HEPA filter should be checked periodically and replaced as needed, typically every 6-12 months depending on usage. Refer to the filter compartment for specific instructions on removal and replacement.

6.3 Brush Roll Cleaning

Periodically inspect the brush roll for tangled hair, strings, or debris. Turn off and unplug the vacuum before attempting to clean the brush roll. Use scissors to carefully cut away any tangled material.

7. Troubleshooting

If your vacuum cleaner is not operating correctly, consult the following common issues before contacting customer service:

  • No Power: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Ensure the power button is pressed.
  • Loss of Suction: Check if the dust bag is full and needs replacement. Inspect the hose and attachments for blockages. Ensure filters are clean and properly installed.
