Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the fogger from its packaging. Inspect for any signs of damage during transit.
- Fueling: Fill the fuel tank with the appropriate fuel type as specified by the manufacturer. Ensure the fuel cap is securely tightened.
- Chemical Loading:
- Identify the correct inlet pipe for your chosen solution (oil-based or water-based) as shown in Figure 3.
- Carefully pour the desired chemical solution into the stainless steel tank. Do not overfill.
- Securely close the tank cap.
- Pre-Operation Check: Before starting, ensure all connections are secure and there are no leaks.
Operating Instructions
- Starting the Machine:
- Ensure the fuel valve is open.
- Engage the automatic starter according to the specific instructions on the device.
- Allow the machine to warm up for a few moments after starting.
- Selecting Solution Type: Use the valve system (Figure 4) to select either the oil-based or water-based solution line, depending on the chemical being used.
- Initiating Fogging: Once the machine is warmed up, open the solution valve to begin dispensing the fog.
- Application: Direct the fogging barrel towards the target area. Maintain a steady pace to ensure even coverage.
- Stopping the Machine: Close the solution valve first, then turn off the engine according to the manufacturer's instructions. Allow the machine to cool down before handling.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and optimal performance of your H200SF-SS fogger.
- Cleaning After Each Use:
- Empty any remaining chemical solution from the tank.
- Rinse the tank and lines with clean water or an appropriate cleaning agent compatible with the previously used chemical.
- Run clean water through the fogging system for a short period to flush out residues.
- Nozzle Inspection: Regularly check the fogging nozzle for blockages or wear. Clean as necessary.
- Fuel System Check: Periodically inspect fuel lines and filters for clogs or damage.
- Storage: Store the fogger in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the tank is empty and clean before storage.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Machine does not start | No fuel; Fuel valve closed; Spark plug issue; Starter malfunction. | Check fuel level; Open fuel valve; Inspect/replace spark plug; Contact service for starter repair. |
| No fog or weak fog output | Solution tank empty; Solution valve closed; Nozzle clogged; Solution lines blocked. | Refill tank; Open valve; Clean nozzle; Clear lines. |
| Uneven fogging | Partial nozzle blockage; Inconsistent chemical flow. | Clean nozzle thoroughly; Check for kinks in solution lines. |
| Excessive smoke/odor | Incorrect fuel/oil mixture; Engine issue. | Verify fuel mixture; Consult a qualified technician. |
