Assembly and Setup
The XtremepowerUS Exercise Bike comes partially assembled. Follow these steps to complete the setup. It is recommended to have two people for certain assembly steps due to the weight of some components.

- Attach Stabilizer Bars: Secure the front and rear stabilizer bars to the main frame using the provided bolts and washers. Ensure they are firmly tightened.
- Install Pedals: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread the left pedal counter-clockwise and the right pedal clockwise into their respective crank arms. Tighten securely with a wrench.
- Mount Seat Post and Seat: Insert the seat post into the main frame and secure it at your desired height using the adjustment knob. Attach the padded seat to the seat post, ensuring it is level and tightened.
- Attach Handlebar Post and Handlebars: Insert the handlebar post into the main frame and secure it. Attach the handlebars to the handlebar post, ensuring the monitor is correctly positioned and cables are not pinched.

Operating Instructions
A. Adjusting the Bike for Your Comfort:
Seat Adjustment:
The leather padded seat can be adjusted both vertically (up/down) and horizontally (forward/back) to ensure optimal comfort and proper riding posture. Loosen the respective adjustment knobs, slide the seat to the desired position, and firmly tighten the knobs.

Handlebar Adjustment:
The padded handlebars can be adjusted up and down to accommodate different user heights and riding styles. Loosen the handlebar adjustment knob, raise or lower the handlebars, and then re-tighten the knob securely.

Resistance Adjustment:
Adjust the workout intensity using the micro-adjustable resistance knob located on the frame. Turn clockwise to increase resistance for a more challenging workout, and counter-clockwise to decrease resistance for an easier ride. Press the knob down firmly to engage the emergency stop function.

B. Using the Digital Monitor:
The multi-functional digital monitor tracks various workout metrics to help you monitor your progress. It displays Time, Speed, Distance, Calories, Odometer, and Pulse (Heart Rate).

- MODE Button: Press this button to cycle through the different display functions (SCAN, TIME, SPD, DIST, CAL, ODO, PUL).
- SCAN: Automatically cycles through all functions every few seconds.
- TIME: Displays the duration of your current workout.
- SPD (Speed): Shows your current cycling speed.
- DIST (Distance): Displays the distance covered during your current workout.
- CAL (Calories): Estimates the calories burned during your workout.
- ODO (Odometer): Displays the total accumulated distance.

Troubleshooting
