3. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and accessories.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the inner pot, lid, steam tray, and measuring cup with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the food processor on a dry, level, and stable surface, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure there is sufficient space around the unit for ventilation.
  4. Condensation Collector: Ensure the condensation collector is properly installed at the rear of the unit.
  5. Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the appliance and then plug it into a grounded electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Control Panel Overview

The control panel features an LED display and several function buttons:

  • LED Display: Shows cooking time, selected program, and other indicators.
  • MENU: Press to cycle through the available cooking programs.
  • START: Initiates the selected cooking program.
  • KEEP WARM / CANCEL: Activates the keep warm function or cancels the current operation.
  • PRESET: Used to set a delayed start time for cooking.
  • TIMER: Adjusts cooking time for certain programs or sets the delay time for the PRESET function.

4.2 Basic Operation

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Measure and prepare your ingredients. Place them into the inner pot.
  2. Close Lid: Place the lid securely on the main unit. Ensure it is properly sealed.
  3. Select Program: Press the MENU button repeatedly to cycle through the 11 available cooking options (Rice/Pilaw, Boil, Fry, Porridge, Reheat, Pasta, Stew, Cake/Bread, Soup, Steam, Sterilization). The selected program will be indicated on the LED display.
  4. Adjust Time (if applicable): For certain programs, you can adjust the cooking time using the TIMER button. Refer to specific program guidelines for details.
  5. Start Cooking: Press the START button to begin the cooking process. The LED display will show the remaining cooking time.
  6. Keep Warm: Once cooking is complete, the appliance may automatically switch to the 'Keep Warm' mode. You can also manually activate or cancel this function by pressing the KEEP WARM / CANCEL button.

4.3 Using the Timer (Delayed Start)

  1. After selecting your desired cooking program with the MENU button, press the PRESET button.
  2. Use the TIMER button to adjust the desired delay time (up to 12 hours). This is the time until cooking begins.
  3. Press START to confirm the preset time. The appliance will count down the delay time before automatically starting the cooking program.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your food processor.

  1. Unplug: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Inner Pot: The non-stick inner pot should be washed with warm, soapy water using a soft sponge. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads, as these can damage the non-stick coating. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
  3. Lid and Steam Tray: Wash the lid and steam tray with warm, soapy water. Ensure the steam vent is clear of any food residue. Rinse and dry.
  4. Main Unit Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
  5. Condensation Collector: Remove the condensation collector from the rear of the unit, empty any collected water, wash it with soapy water, rinse, and dry before reattaching.
  6. Storage: Store the clean and dry appliance in a cool, dry place.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your food processor, refer to the table below for common problems and solutions.
