  • Reduced Brightness: Check battery level. If low, recharge the unit. Clean the light lens if it appears dirty.
  • Mast Not Extending/Retracting: Ensure the release lever is fully engaged/disengaged. Check for any obstructions in the mast sections. Do not force the mast.
  • App Connectivity Issues: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the lighting system is within range. Restart both the app and the lighting system if issues persist.
