  1. Unpack and Inspect: Carefully remove the case from its packaging. Inspect for any damage during shipping.
  2. Remove Side Panels: Unscrew the large, thick screws on the tempered glass side panels and carefully remove them. Place them on a soft, flat surface to prevent scratches.
  3. Remove Front Panel (for cleaning/access): The front tempered glass panel can be removed by pulling it firmly from the bottom edge. There is a small gap at the bottom to insert your fingers. This provides access to the front dust filter and pre-installed fans.

    • For 2.5" SSDs: Mount them in the dedicated slots on the back of the motherboard tray.
  7. Install Power Supply (PSU): Install your power supply unit in the dedicated compartment at the bottom rear of the case. Ensure proper orientation for airflow.
  8. Install Expansion Cards (GPU, etc.): Remove the necessary expansion slot covers and install your graphics card or other PCIe cards. Secure them with screws.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance helps ensure optimal performance and longevity of your PC components.

  • Dust Filter Cleaning: The case is equipped with magnetic dust filters on the top and bottom, and a removable filter behind the front panel. Regularly remove and clean these filters to prevent dust buildup inside the case.
    • Top and Bottom Filters: Easily slide out for cleaning.
    • Front Filter: Remove the front tempered glass panel (as described in Setup section 4.3) to access the magnetic front filter.
  • Tempered Glass Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth and a non-abrasive glass cleaner to clean the tempered glass panels. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the surface.
  • Interior Cleaning: Periodically use compressed air to blow out dust from internal components and fans. Ensure the system is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Rosewill CULLINAN MX-Blue case, consider the following common troubleshooting steps:

  • Fans Not Spinning / LEDs Off:
    • Check the fan speed control switch on the top I/O panel. Ensure it is not set to 'L' (Low) if you expect full speed or 'S' (Standard) if you expect LEDs to be on (some modes might turn off LEDs).
    • Verify that the pre-installed fans are correctly connected to the fan hub/controller inside the case, and that the fan hub is powered and connected to the motherboard.
  • Front USB Ports Not Working:
    • Ensure the USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 headers from the front panel are securely connected to the correct ports on your motherboard.
    • Check your motherboard's manual for the correct header locations and ensure your motherboard supports the necessary USB 3.0 socket.
  • No Power / System Not Booting:
    • Verify that the power button cable from the front panel is correctly connected to the "Power SW" pins on your motherboard's front panel header.
    • Ensure your Power Supply Unit (PSU) is properly installed, connected to all components, and switched on.
    • Confirm all internal components (motherboard, CPU, GPU, RAM) are correctly seated and powered.
