Setup
Attaching and Changing the Blade
The DCS367B features a keyless 4-position blade clamp for quick and versatile blade changes.
- Ensure the battery pack is removed from the tool.
- Lift the blade clamp lever (Figure 2, Item A) and insert the blade fully into the clamp.
- Release the lever. Tug on the blade to ensure it is securely locked in place.
- To remove the blade, lift the blade clamp lever and pull the blade out.

Battery Installation
This tool requires a DEWALT 20V MAX battery pack (sold separately).
- Align the battery pack with the receptacle on the tool's base.
- Slide the battery pack into the tool until it clicks securely into place.
- To remove, press the battery release button and pull the battery pack out.

Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
The tool is equipped with a variable speed trigger and a safety lock-off button.
- To start the tool, depress the lock-off button (Figure 5, Item B) and then squeeze the variable speed trigger (Figure 5, Item C).
- To stop the tool, release the variable speed trigger.
- The variable speed trigger allows you to control the cutting speed by varying the pressure applied.

Cutting Techniques

- Always ensure the shoe is firmly against the workpiece before starting a cut.
- Apply steady, even pressure. Do not force the tool.
- For plunge cuts, ensure the blade is clear of the workpiece before starting the tool, then slowly pivot the tool into the material.
