Safety Instructions

Always adhere to local electrical and plumbing codes. Installation and maintenance should only be performed by qualified personnel. Disconnect power before any service or maintenance. Ensure proper grounding. Do not operate the unit if it is damaged.

Setup and Installation

The unit is designed for integration into existing water circulation systems, typically in livestock stables for cattle. Ensure the installation location is protected from direct weather exposure and is easily accessible for maintenance.

Installation Steps:

  1. Mounting: Securely mount the unit on a stable, vertical surface using appropriate fasteners. The unit dimensions are 60 x 38.5 x 22 cm.
  2. Water Connections: Connect the unit to your insulated ring cable system using the 3/4" water connections. Ensure all connections are watertight. The unit includes a bleed valve, pressure relief valve, and non-return valve for proper system integration.
  3. Electrical Connection: Connect the unit to a 230 V power supply. Ensure the circuit is adequately protected and grounded. The unit requires a 3000 W power supply.
  4. Filling the System: After plumbing connections are complete, slowly fill the water circulation system, ensuring all air is purged through the bleed valve.
  5. Initial Check: Before powering on, double-check all connections (water and electrical) for security and correctness.
