5. Setup Instructions

5.1 Unpacking and Inspection

1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.

3. Keep packaging materials until assembly is complete in case of return or exchange.

5.2 Battery Installation (for LED Lights)

1. Locate the battery compartment, typically on the top or back of the cabinet.
2. Open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert four (4) AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

5.3 Wall Mounting

Proper wall mounting is crucial for stability and safety. It is recommended to have assistance during this process.

1. Choose Location: Select a sturdy wall location, preferably with wall studs for secure mounting. Ensure adequate space for dart throwing and player movement.
2. Determine Height: The center of the dartboard (bulls-eye) should be 5 feet 8 inches (1.73 meters) from the floor. Use this measurement to mark the mounting points for the cabinet.
3. Drill Pilot Holes: Using appropriate drill bits for your wall type (wood studs, drywall anchors), drill pilot holes at the marked locations.
4. Secure Cabinet: Attach the cabinet to the wall using the provided mounting hardware. Ensure it is level and securely fastened before use.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Using the Dartboard

• Ensure the dartboard is securely seated within the cabinet.
• Use the included steel tip darts. Aim for the desired segments on the board.
• The self-healing surface is designed to minimize visible holes over time.

6.2 Activating LED Lights

• Locate the power switch for the LED lights, typically on the top of the cabinet.
• Flip the switch to the "ON" position to illuminate the dartboard.
• Flip the switch to the "OFF" position when not in use to conserve battery life.

6.3 Using the Scoreboards

• The cabinet features two easy-wipe cricket scoreboards.
• Use the provided marker to keep track of scores during gameplay.
• After each game or session, use the eraser on the marker or a soft, damp cloth to wipe the scoreboards clean.
