Operating Instructions
- Starting the Generator:
- Ensure the fuel valve is open.
- Set the choke to the 'START' position (if applicable, for cold starts).
- Pull the recoil start handle firmly until the engine starts.
- Once started, gradually move the choke to the 'RUN' position.
- Quick Touch Panel: The generator features a Quick Touch Panel for easy access to controls and outlets.
- Economy Mode: Activate Economy Mode to monitor power consumption in real-time. This feature reduces engine speed when electrical load is low, resulting in quieter operation, extended engine life, and improved fuel economy. In Eco Mode, the generator can run for up to 17 hours on a full tank at 25% load.
- Connecting Devices:
- RV Ready: Connect your RV directly using the 120V 30A RV (TT-30R) outlet. This unit can start and run a 15,000 BTU RV air conditioner.
- Household Outlets: Utilize the two 120V 20A household outlets (5-20R) for standard appliances.
- DC Outlet: A 12V DC automotive-style outlet with a dual USB adapter and battery-charging cables is included for charging smaller devices.

Maintenance
- Regular Checks: Before each use, check the oil level, fuel level, and inspect for any visible damage or leaks.
- Oil Changes: Refer to the maintenance schedule in the full manual for recommended oil change intervals. The generator has a low oil shut-off sensor to protect the engine.
- Air Filter Maintenance: Regularly inspect and clean the air filter to ensure optimal engine performance.
- Spark Plug: Inspect and clean or replace the spark plug as needed.
- Storage: For long-term storage, drain the fuel system and add a fuel stabilizer. Store the generator in a dry, protected area. Consider using an inverter cover for protection.

Troubleshooting
- Engine Not Starting:
- Check fuel level.
- Ensure the fuel valve is open and the choke is set correctly.
- Verify the spark plug is clean and properly connected.
- Check engine oil level; low oil will prevent starting.
- No Power Output:
- Check circuit breakers on the control panel.
- Ensure the generator is running at the correct RPM (Economy Mode may reduce RPM).
- Confirm that connected devices are not exceeding the generator's running wattage (3500W).
- Overload Protection: If the generator shuts down due to overload, reduce the electrical load by unplugging some devices, then reset the circuit breaker and restart the generator. For RV use, ensure high-draw appliances like air conditioners and microwaves are not run simultaneously, or consider running the refrigerator on propane.
