4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Sighting In with React Technology

The React Technology simplifies the sighting-in process. Follow these steps:

  1. Set your first pin for a close range, typically 20 yards.
  2. Set your second pin for a longer range, typically 30 yards.
  3. Once these two pins are sighted in, the React Technology automatically calibrates the remaining pins for various distances (e.g., 40, 50, 60 yards) without further individual pin adjustments.

5. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and performance of your React Trio Pro bow sight, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Regularly clean the sight with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that could damage the lenses or finish.
  • Inspection: Periodically check all screws and mounting hardware to ensure they are tight. Loose components can affect accuracy.
  • Storage: Store the bow sight in a protective case when not in use to prevent damage from impacts or environmental factors.
  • Fiber Optics: Keep the fiber optic pins clean and free from obstructions to maintain maximum brightness.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your React Trio Pro bow sight, consider the following common solutions:

  • Inaccurate Shots:
    • Verify that all mounting screws are secure.
    • Re-check your 20-yard and 30-yard pin settings to ensure they are correctly sighted in.
    • Confirm that the second and third-axis leveling are properly adjusted.
    • Inspect arrows and fletching for damage.
  • Dim Pins:
    • Adjust the rheostat light to increase brightness.
    • Ensure the fiber optic pins are clean and free from dirt or debris.
    • Check if the rheostat light battery needs replacement.
  • Loose Components:
    • Tighten any loose screws using appropriate tools. Avoid over-tightening.
