Maintenance

• Cleaning: The activity pages are designed to be durable and wipe clean. Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the pages and the desk surface. Avoid harsh chemicals.
• Storage: Store cartridges and activity pages in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The original packaging can be used for organized storage.
• Battery Care: While the expansion packs themselves do not require batteries, ensure the VTech Activity Desk has fresh batteries for optimal performance. Refer to your Activity Desk's manual for battery replacement instructions.

Troubleshooting

• Incompatibility: This expansion pack bundle is specifically designed for use with the VTech Touch and Learn Activity Desk Deluxe and the Explore and Write Activity Desk. It is incompatible with the older VTech Touch and Learn Activity Desk model. Ensure you have the correct desk model.
• Page Not Recognized: Ensure the correct color-coded cartridge is inserted into the desk for the corresponding activity page. The desk relies on this match to activate the correct content.
• No Sound/Intermittent Sound: Check the batteries in your VTech Activity Desk and replace them if necessary. Ensure the volume is turned up.
• Activity Not Responding: Make sure the activity page is flat and properly seated in the desk. Clean the surface of the page and the desk's sensors if needed.
