4. Assembly

Follow these steps to correctly assemble your HUROM HZ Slow Juicer:

1. Place the motor base on a stable, flat surface.
2. Align the chamber set with the motor base and rotate clockwise until it locks into place.
3. Insert the spinning brush into the chamber.
4. Place your desired strainer (fine, coarse, or ice cream) inside the spinning brush.
5. Insert the twin wing auger into the center of the strainer.
6. Attach the hopper to the top of the chamber, ensuring it clicks securely.
7. Position the juice container under the juice spout and the pulp container under the pulp outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

Prepare your ingredients by washing them thoroughly. For optimal results, cut larger fruits and vegetables into pieces that fit easily into the feed chute. The HZ model features a pulp control lever for customized juice consistency.

1. Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and plugged into a grounded electrical outlet.
2. Place the juice container and pulp container in their respective positions.
3. Turn the power switch to the 'ON' position.
4. Slowly feed ingredients into the hopper. Use the pusher only if necessary to guide ingredients.
5. Adjust the pulp control lever on the juice spout to achieve your desired pulp level.
6. For continuous juicing, ensure the juice cap is open. Close it to mix juices within the chamber before dispensing.
7. If ingredients become jammed, switch to 'REV' (reverse) for a few seconds, then back to 'ON'.
8. After juicing, turn the power switch to 'OFF' and unplug the appliance.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your juicer. All removable parts are dishwasher safe.

1. Turn off and unplug the juicer immediately after use.
