Main Unit:
- Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the main unit.
- Insert 2x AA batteries, observing the correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover.
Outdoor Sensor:
- Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the outdoor sensor.
- Insert 2x AA batteries, observing the correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover.
Note: It is recommended to insert batteries into the outdoor sensor first, then into the main unit, to ensure proper synchronization.
2. Sensor Placement
Place the outdoor sensor in a shaded, dry location, protected from direct sunlight and rain. Ensure it is within the 60-meter wireless range of the main unit. Avoid placing it near large metal objects or electrical appliances that could interfere with the signal.
3. Initial Synchronization
After inserting batteries, the main unit will automatically search for the outdoor sensor signal. This process may take a few minutes. Once connected, the outdoor temperature and humidity will appear on the display.
If the connection is not established, press and hold the "MEM" button on the main unit for a few seconds to manually initiate a search for the outdoor sensor.
4. Time and Date Setting
The weather station features a DCF radio clock for automatic time synchronization. Upon initial setup, the device will attempt to receive the DCF signal. This may take several hours, especially indoors. For manual setting or if DCF signal is unavailable:
- Press and hold the "SET/MODE" button until the time display flashes.
- Use the "+" or "-" buttons to adjust the hour, then press "SET/MODE" to confirm.
- Repeat for minutes, year, month, and day.
- Press "SET/MODE" again to exit the setting mode.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No display on main unit. | Batteries are dead or incorrectly inserted. | Check battery polarity and replace with new batteries. |
| No outdoor temperature/humidity reading. | Sensor out of range, low sensor battery, or interference. | Move sensor closer to main unit. Replace sensor batteries. Relocate sensor away from interference sources. Manually re-sync sensor (press and hold "MEM" on main unit). |
| Inaccurate temperature/humidity readings. | Sensor exposed to direct sunlight, rain, or heat sources. | Relocate the outdoor sensor to a shaded, protected area. Ensure proper ventilation around the sensor. |
| DCF time synchronization fails. | Weak signal due to location or interference. | Move the main unit closer to a window or to a different location. Manually set the time if automatic synchronization is not possible. |
