Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Do not wash the motor unit.

  1. Place the motor unit on a stable, flat surface. Ensure the ventilation openings are not blocked.
  2. Insert the grinding head assembly into the motor unit's front opening. Turn the locking knob clockwise until it is securely fastened.
  3. Insert the auger into the grinding head.
  4. Place the cutting blade onto the auger shaft, ensuring the sharp edges face outwards towards the grinding plate.
  5. Select the desired grinding plate (fine, medium, or coarse) and place it over the cutting blade, aligning the notch with the tab on the grinding head.
  6. Screw the retaining ring onto the grinding head until it is hand-tight. Do not overtighten.
  7. Place the hopper plate on top of the grinding head.
  8. Ensure the power cord is unplugged from the outlet before assembly.

Operating Instructions

Always ensure the appliance is properly assembled and plugged into a suitable power outlet (180 Volts).

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Cut meat into pieces that fit easily into the hopper opening (approximately 1-inch cubes). Remove bones, gristle, and excessive fat.
  2. Place a suitable container under the grinding head to collect the ground food.
  3. Plug the appliance into a power outlet.
  4. Turn the keyboard switch to the "ON" position. The motor will start.
  5. Carefully feed the prepared ingredients into the hopper. Use the food pusher to guide the food down into the auger. Never use your fingers or other utensils to push food.
  6. If the grinder jams or slows down significantly, switch the unit to the "HALF" or "REVERSE" position to clear the blockage. Then switch back to "ON" to resume grinding.
  7. After grinding, switch the unit to the "OFF" position and unplug it from the power outlet.

Using Attachments:

To use the Kibbe or Sausage attachments, remove the grinding plate and cutting blade. Attach the desired accessory directly to the auger and secure it with the retaining ring. Follow specific recipes for preparing kibbe or sausage mixtures.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your meat grinder.

  1. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
  2. Disassemble all removable parts: hopper plate, food pusher, retaining ring, grinding plate, cutting blade, auger, and grinding head.
  3. Wash all disassembled parts (except the motor unit) immediately after use in warm, soapy water. Use a brush to remove any food residue from the grinding plates and auger.
  4. Rinse all parts thoroughly with clean water.
  5. Dry all metal parts immediately to prevent rust. It is recommended to apply a thin layer of food-grade mineral oil to metal parts after drying for added protection.
  6. Wipe the exterior of the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor unit in water or place it under running water.
  7. Store the assembled or disassembled parts in a dry place.

Note: Some metal parts may discolor if washed in a dishwasher. Hand washing is recommended for all metal components.
