3. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the heater from its packaging. Retain packaging for storage or transport.
  2. Placement: Place the heater upright on a stable, flat surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance around the heater (at least 1 meter from furniture, curtains, and other flammable materials). Do not place it directly under a power outlet.
  3. Power Connection: Ensure the power switch is in the "OFF" position. Plug the power cord into a suitable 230V, 50Hz electrical outlet. Avoid using extension cords if possible; if necessary, use a heavy-duty extension cord rated for the heater's wattage (800W).

4. Operating Instructions

  1. Turning On: Plug the heater into the power outlet. Flip the power switch to the "ON" position. The indicator light will illuminate.
  2. Setting the Temperature: Rotate the thermostat dial clockwise to increase the desired room temperature, or counter-clockwise to decrease it. Start with a higher setting to quickly warm the room, then adjust to a lower setting for maintaining comfort. The heater will cycle on and off to maintain the set temperature.
  3. Frost Protection Function: To activate the frost protection, turn the thermostat dial to the minimum setting (indicated by a snowflake symbol or lowest number). The heater will automatically turn on if the room temperature drops below approximately 5°C (41°F) to prevent freezing.
  4. Turning Off: Flip the power switch to the "OFF" position. Unplug the heater from the wall outlet when not in use for extended periods.
