Installation Instructions
Step 1: Prepare for Installation
- Turn off the main power at the circuit breaker or fuse box to avoid electrical shock.
- Ensure the mounting surface is clean, dry, and structurally sound.
- Carefully unpack the fixture and its components.
Step 2: Mount the Fixture
- Attach the mounting bracket to the junction box using the provided screws. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Position the fixture base against the mounting bracket, aligning the screw holes.
Step 3: Wire Connections
- Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black (live) wire from the junction box using a wire nut.
- Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white (neutral) wire from the junction box using a wire nut.
- Connect the ground wire (bare copper or green) from the fixture to the ground wire from the junction box and the mounting bracket using a wire nut.
- Ensure all wire connections are tight and secure. Wrap wire nuts with electrical tape for added security.
Step 4: Secure the Fixture
- Carefully push all wires into the junction box.
- Attach the fixture base to the mounting bracket using the provided screws. Tighten securely.

Operating Instructions
Powering On
Once installation is complete, restore power at the circuit breaker. The fixture should illuminate.
Dimmable Functionality
This fixture is designed to be dimmable. To utilize this feature, ensure you have a compatible LED dimmer switch installed (sold separately). Follow the dimmer switch manufacturer's instructions for operation.
Adjusting Light Orientation
Each of the five LED light heads can be individually adjusted. Gently pivot or rotate the light heads to direct illumination as desired. Avoid excessive force when adjusting.
Maintenance
