4.2 Installation Steps

1. Prepare the Surface: Choose a suitable location on your countertop, desk, or table. Ensure there is sufficient clearance below the surface for the unit to retract fully (approximately 5.90 inches / 150mm depth).

2. Drill the Hole: Using a 4.7-inch (±0.5 inches) hole saw, carefully drill a circular hole through the chosen surface.

3. Insert the Unit: Unscrew and remove the retaining ring from the bottom of the pop-up outlet. Insert the main body of the outlet into the drilled hole from the top.
4. Secure the Unit: From underneath the surface, screw the retaining ring back onto the unit and tighten it securely to hold the pop-up outlet in place.
5. Connect Power: Plug the power cord of the pop-up outlet into a standard 125V AC wall outlet.

5.1 Extending the Unit

Gently press down on the top surface of the unit. The unit will automatically rise, revealing the AC outlets, USB ports, RJ45 port, and HDMI port.

5.2 Retracting the Unit

When not in use, gently push down on the top surface of the unit until it locks flush with the countertop. Ensure no cables are obstructing the retraction mechanism.

5.3 Wireless Charging

Place your Qi-compatible smartphone or device on the top surface of the unit for 5W wireless charging. Remove phone cases thicker than 6mm for optimal charging performance.
