Setup
Attaching the Side Handle
The side handle can be screwed into either side of the grinder head for left or right-handed operation. Ensure it is securely tightened before use.
Installing/Changing Grinding Discs
- Ensure the grinder is unplugged from the power source.
- Press and hold the spindle lock button.
- Using the spanner wrench (if provided), loosen and remove the outer flange nut by turning it counter-clockwise.
- Place the desired grinding or cutting disc onto the spindle, ensuring it sits flush against the inner flange.
- Replace the outer flange nut and tighten it securely by hand, then with the spanner wrench, while holding the spindle lock button.
- Verify the disc is properly seated and secure before plugging in the tool.
Adjusting the Wheel Guard
The wheel guard can be rotated to provide optimal protection for your specific application. Loosen the guard clamp screw, adjust the guard to the desired position, and then securely tighten the screw.
Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
- To turn on, slide the power switch forward.
- To turn off, slide the power switch backward.

Grinding Techniques
- Hold the grinder firmly with both hands.
