5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Washing Process
- Load Clothes: Open the lid of the wash compartment. Place up to 2kg of dry laundry into the wash tub. Do not overload.
- Add Water and Detergent: Fill the wash compartment with water to the desired level (indicated inside the tub, if present, or based on load size). Add an appropriate amount of laundry detergent suitable for washing machines.
- Select Program: Turn the Program Selector Knob to choose between "Delicate" or "Normal" wash cycles, depending on the fabric type.
- Set Wash Timer: Turn the Wash Timer Knob to set the desired washing duration, from 0 to 15 minutes. The machine will start automatically once the timer is set.
- Drain Water: Once the wash cycle is complete, ensure the drainage pipe is positioned to drain water into a suitable receptacle. The machine will drain automatically.
5.2. Rinsing Process (Manual)
Since this is a twin-tub machine, rinsing is typically done manually after the wash cycle:
- After draining the wash water, refill the wash compartment with clean water.
- Run a short wash cycle (e.g., 3-5 minutes) to rinse the clothes.
- Drain the rinse water. Repeat if necessary until clothes are free of soap residue.
5.3. Spinning Process
- Transfer Clothes: Carefully transfer the washed and rinsed clothes from the wash compartment to the spin compartment. Distribute them evenly to ensure balance.
- Place Safety Cover: Place the safety cover firmly on top of the clothes in the spin compartment. This prevents clothes from flying out during spinning.
- Set Spin Timer: Close the spin compartment lid. Turn the Spin Timer Knob to set the desired spinning duration, from 0 to 5 minutes. The machine will start spinning.
- Remove Clothes: Once the spin cycle is complete and the drum has stopped rotating, open the lid and carefully remove the spun clothes.

6. Maintenance and Care
Regular cleaning and proper care will extend the life of your washing machine:
- Cleaning the Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Cleaning the Interior: After each use, rinse the wash and spin compartments with clean water. You can wipe them dry with a cloth to prevent water spots or mildew.
- Drainage Pipe: Ensure the drainage pipe is clear of lint or debris. Periodically check for blockages.
- Storage: If storing the machine for an extended period, ensure it is completely dry. Store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
- Power Cord: When not in use, wrap the power cord neatly around the cable winder provided at the back of the unit.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your washing machine, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Machine does not start. | Not plugged in; power outage; timer not set. | Check power connection; check circuit breaker; ensure timer knob is turned. |
| Water does not drain. | Drainage pipe kinked or blocked; pipe positioned too high. | Straighten pipe; clear blockages; ensure pipe is lower than the machine's base. |
| Machine vibrates excessively during spin. | Uneven load in spin compartment; machine not on a level surface. | Redistribute clothes evenly; adjust machine's position on a level surface. |
| Water leaks. | Input hose not securely connected; drainage pipe not properly positioned. | Tighten hose connections; ensure drainage pipe is correctly placed. |
| Poor washing performance. | Overloading; insufficient detergent; incorrect program selected. | Reduce load size; use correct amount of detergent; select appropriate wash program. |
If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, please contact customer support.
