Some recipes may require adding a small amount of water to the grill pan ridges to aid in cooking and prevent excessive smoke.
  • Bake: Suitable for casseroles, desserts, and other baked goods.
  • Broil: Used for browning the tops of dishes or melting cheese.
  • Re-Heat: For warming up previously cooked food.
  • Toast: For toasting bread, bagels, and similar items. Note that toasting in this oven may take longer than a conventional toaster and may not result in significant browning, but will achieve a crunchy exterior and soft interior.
  • Auto Cook: Select from 6 pre-set menus for various dishes. Refer to the included cookbook for specific instructions for each pre-set.
  • Combo: Combines different heating methods for specific cooking tasks.

Adjusting Temperature and Time:

After selecting a cooking mode, use the control knob to adjust the cooking temperature (if applicable) and time. Press Start/Select to begin cooking.

Child Lock:

To activate the child lock, press and hold the designated button (refer to your control panel for specific button, often Setup or a combination). Repeat the action to deactivate.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your oven.

Exterior Cleaning:

  • Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or chemical sprays, as these can damage the finish.

Interior Cleaning:

  • After each use, allow the oven to cool completely.
  • Wipe the interior walls with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary.
  • For stubborn food residue, a non-abrasive oven cleaner designed for stainless steel interiors may be used, following the product's instructions.

Grill Pan Cleaning:

  • The die-cast aluminum grill pan is dishwasher-safe.
  • Alternatively, wash by hand with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
