1. Introduction

The Roku Premiere is a powerful streaming media player designed for both HD and 4K Ultra HD televisions. It features a fast quad-core processor and 802.11AC dual-band wireless for smooth streaming. Note: An HDMI cable is not included and must be purchased separately. For 4K UHD streaming, a compatible 4K TV and 4K content are required. HDR content requires a compatible HDR TV and HDR content.

3. Setup

1. Connect to TV: Plug one end of an HDMI cable (not included) into the HDMI port on your Roku Premiere and the other end into an available HDMI port on your TV.
2. Connect to Power: Connect the power adapter to the Roku Premiere and then plug it into a wall outlet.
3. Power On: Turn on your TV and select the correct HDMI input for your Roku Premiere.
4. Remote Setup: Insert the two included AAA batteries into the remote control.
5. On-Screen Guided Setup: Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your Roku Premiere to your wireless network and activate your device. You will need an internet connection and a Roku account.

• Keep Clean: Gently wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using liquid cleaners or aerosols.
• Ventilation: Ensure the device is placed in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating. Do not cover ventilation openings.
• Power Cycle: If the device becomes unresponsive, unplug the power adapter from the wall outlet, wait 10 seconds, and then plug it back in.
• Software Updates: Roku devices automatically receive software updates. Ensure your device is connected to the internet to receive the latest features and improvements.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 No Picture on TV

• Ensure the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the Roku Premiere and your TV.
