Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds

Before initial use, fully charge the earbuds. Connect the charging cable to the Micro USB port on the inline control module and to a USB power source. The indicator light will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.

2. Selecting Earbud Caps and Hooks

Choose the earbud caps and ear hooks that provide the most comfortable and secure fit. A proper fit is crucial for sound quality and stability during activity.

• Experiment with different sizes (S, M, L).
• The ear hooks should rest comfortably within the concha of your ear to provide stability.

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On/Off

• Power On: Separate the magnetic earbuds. They will automatically power on.
• Power Off: Join the magnetic earbuds together. They will automatically power off.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the earbuds are powered off.
2. Separate the magnetic earbuds to power them on. They will automatically enter pairing mode (indicator light will flash).
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select "PureBoom" from the list of devices.
5. Once paired, the indicator light will change, and you may hear an audible confirmation.
6. The earbuds can connect seamlessly with Bluetooth-enabled devices up to 32 feet away and can pair with two devices simultaneously.

3. Using the 3-Button Control

The inline control module features three buttons and a built-in microphone for managing audio and calls.

• Volume Up (+): Press to increase volume.
• Volume Down (-): Press to decrease volume.
• Multi-function Button (Center):
  • Play/Pause: Single press during music playback.
  • Answer/End Call: Single press during an incoming call or active call.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold during an incoming call.
  • Next Track: Double press during music playback.
  • Previous Track: Triple press during music playback.
  • Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold for 2 seconds (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant).

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Wipe the earbuds and cable with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Remove earbud caps and clean them with mild soap and water if necessary. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Storage

• When not in use, store the earbuds in the provided protective carrying pouch.
• Avoid extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

Water Resistance

The PureBoom earbuds are IPX4 sweat and water resistant. This means they are protected against splashing water from any direction. They are not designed for submersion in water. Do not use them while swimming or showering.

Troubleshooting

• No Power: Ensure the earbuds are charged. Separate the magnetic earbuds to power them on.
• Cannot Pair:
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Make sure the earbuds are in pairing mode (indicator light flashing).
  • Move the earbuds closer to your device.
  • Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device, then try pairing again.
  • If previously paired, try "forgetting" or "unpairing" "PureBoom" from your device's Bluetooth settings and then re-pair.
• Poor Sound Quality/Intermittent Connection:
  • Ensure the earbuds are within the 32-foot Bluetooth range of your device.
  • Check for obstructions between the earbuds and your device.
  • Ensure earbud caps are properly seated and clean.
  • Charge the earbuds if the battery is low.
• Microphone Not Working:
  • Ensure the earbuds are properly connected to your device.
  • Check your device's audio input settings to ensure "PureBoom" is selected as the microphone.
