Setup

1. Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Your Motorola XT1635 package includes:

  • Motorola XT1635 Unlocked Phone
  • Quick Start Guide
  • Turbo Charger

2. SIM Card and MicroSD Card Installation

The Motorola XT1635 supports Nano SIM cards and MicroSD cards for expandable storage. Ensure the phone is powered off before inserting or removing cards.

  1. Locate the SIM/MicroSD card tray on the side of the device.
  2. Use the provided SIM ejector tool to open the tray.
  3. Carefully place your Nano SIM card(s) and/or MicroSD card into the designated slots.
  4. Gently push the tray back into the device until it clicks into place.

3. Initial Power On and Charging

Press and hold the power button on the side of the phone until the Motorola logo appears. For optimal performance, fully charge your device before first use. The included Turbo Charger provides rapid charging capabilities.

Operating Instructions

1. Display and Navigation

The device features a brilliant 5.5-inch 1080P Super AMOLED display. Navigate the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system using on-screen gestures or the navigation bar. The fingerprint sensor allows for secure login and mobile payments.

2. Camera Functions

1. Battery Care

The Motorola XT1635 is designed for extended use, offering up to 50 hours of battery life under optimal network conditions. Actual battery performance may vary. Use the Turbo Charger for quick power boosts, providing up to 9 hours of power in 15 minutes of charging.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions

  • Device not powering on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to the Turbo Charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power on again.
  • Network connectivity issues: Verify your SIM card is correctly inserted and activated. Check your network settings. Remember, this phone is compatible with GSM networks only.
  • Slow performance: Close unused applications, clear cache, or restart the device.
