Setup
- Charging the Speaker:
- Connect the supplied USB charging cable to the speaker's DC IN 5V port and to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
- The charging indicator light will illuminate. Allow approximately 2-3 hours for a full charge. The light will change or turn off once charging is complete.
- Powering On/Off:
- Press and hold the Power button for a few seconds to turn the speaker on or off.
- An audible tone will indicate power status.
- Bluetooth Pairing:
- With the speaker powered on, it will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode (indicated by a flashing LED).
- On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "Monoprice Sub75" from the list.
- Once paired, the speaker will emit a confirmation tone, and the LED will stop flashing.
- Auxiliary Connection:
- Connect one end of the 3.5mm auxiliary audio cable to the speaker's AUX IN port.
- Connect the other end to the headphone jack of your audio device.
- The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode.
Operating
- Playing Audio: Once connected via Bluetooth or AUX, start playing audio from your source device.
- Volume Control: Adjust the volume directly from your connected device. The speaker does not have independent volume controls.
- Waterproof Usage: Ensure the port cover is securely closed before exposing the speaker to water. After exposure to water, wipe the speaker dry before opening the port cover to prevent water from entering the ports.
Maintenance

- Forget the speaker from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to re-pair.
- Turn both the speaker and your device off and on again.
- No sound:
- Check the volume level on your connected device.
- Ensure the speaker is properly paired or connected via AUX.
- If using AUX, ensure the cable is fully inserted into both the speaker and the audio source.
- Poor sound quality:
- Move the speaker closer to your Bluetooth device to reduce interference.
- Ensure there are no obstructions between the speaker and the Bluetooth device.
- Check the audio source for quality issues.
