4. Operating Instructions
Frying Process
- Preheating: Plug the deep fryer into a grounded electrical outlet. Turn the thermostat knob to the desired temperature (e.g., 170°C for fries). The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the appliance is heating.
- Loading Food: Once the indicator light turns off (or after the recommended preheating time), the oil has reached the set temperature. Carefully lower the frying basket containing the food into the hot oil. Do not overload the basket; fry in batches if necessary.
- Frying: Close the lid. Monitor the cooking process through the viewing window. The thermostat will cycle on and off to maintain the set temperature.
- Removing Food: When food is cooked to your preference, lift the frying basket out of the oil and hook it onto the edge of the bowl to drain excess oil.
- Serving: Carefully transfer the fried food to a serving dish lined with paper towels to absorb any remaining oil.
- Cool Down: After use, turn the thermostat to the minimum setting and unplug the appliance. Allow the oil to cool completely before moving or cleaning the fryer.
