3. Product Overview
The Xqisit Power Bank 10400 mAh is a compact and portable external battery designed to charge your smartphone and tablet devices on the go. It features a high-capacity battery and a standard USB output port.

4. Setup
4.1 Initial Charging of the Power Bank
- Connect the supplied USB charging cable to the Micro-USB input port on the power bank.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a USB wall adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The LED indicators will light up, showing the charging progress. When all four LEDs are solid, the power bank is fully charged.
- A full charge may take several hours. It is recommended to fully charge the power bank before first use.
5. Operating
5.1 Charging External Devices
- Connect your device's charging cable to the USB output port on the power bank.
- Connect the other end of the cable to your smartphone, tablet, or other compatible device.
- The power bank should automatically begin charging your device. If not, press the power button once to initiate charging.
- The LED indicators will show the remaining battery level of the power bank during charging.
- Disconnect your device once it is fully charged or when the power bank's charge is depleted.
5.2 Checking Battery Level
Press the power button once to check the remaining battery level of the power bank. The LED indicators will light up for a few seconds:
- 4 LEDs: 75% - 100% charged
- 3 LEDs: 50% - 75% charged
- 2 LEDs: 25% - 50% charged
- 1 LED: 0% - 25% charged (recharge soon)
6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
Wipe the power bank with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
6.2 Storage
Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, charge the power bank to approximately 50% every three months to maintain battery health.
7. Troubleshooting
- Power bank not charging: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the power source. Try a different cable or wall adapter.
- Device not charging from power bank: Ensure the power bank has sufficient charge. Press the power button to activate charging. Try a different charging cable for your device.
- Slow charging: Ensure you are using a compatible charging cable and that the power bank is adequately charged. Some devices may charge slower due to their input requirements.
