3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the dehumidifier from its packaging.
- Remove all packing materials, including any tape or protective films.
- Inspect the unit for any signs of damage. If damaged, do not operate and contact customer support.
3.2 Placement
- Place the dehumidifier in a room where dehumidification is desired.
- Ensure there is at least 20 cm (8 inches) of space around the unit for proper airflow.
- Avoid placing the unit near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
- The unit is equipped with wheels for easy relocation.
3.3 Power Connection
- Plug the power cord into a grounded 230V electrical outlet.
- Ensure the outlet is suitable for the appliance's power requirements (214W).
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Initial Operation
- After plugging in the unit, turn the mechanical dial to the desired humidity level or continuous operation.
- The dehumidifier will begin to operate, drawing in moist air and expelling drier air.
4.2 Setting Humidity Level
The mechanical dial allows you to set the desired humidity level. The unit will operate until the room's humidity reaches the set level, then cycle off. It will restart automatically if humidity rises.
4.3 Continuous Draining
For continuous operation without emptying the water tank, connect a drainage hose (not included) to the continuous drain outlet. Ensure the hose is sloped downwards to allow gravity drainage into a suitable receptacle or drain.
4.4 Water Tank Full Indicator
When the 2-liter water tank is full, the unit will automatically shut off, and an indicator light will illuminate. Empty the tank to resume operation.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your dehumidifier.
5.1 Emptying the Water Tank
- Gently pull out the water tank from the front of the unit.
- Carefully empty the collected water.
- Slide the empty tank back into position until it clicks securely.

5.2 Cleaning the Washable Filter
The dehumidifier is equipped with a washable filter. Clean it every two weeks or more frequently depending on usage and air quality.
- Unplug the dehumidifier from the power outlet.
- Locate and remove the air filter (typically at the back or side).
- Wash the filter under running water. Use a soft brush if necessary to remove stubborn dust.
- Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinstalling it. Do not use a dryer or direct heat.
- Reinstall the dry filter and plug the unit back in.
5.3 Cleaning the Exterior
- Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals.
