1. Introduction

The Audibax STAND MH-PRO is a robust and portable lighting stand designed for professional and amateur use. 2. Safety Instructions

4. Setup Instructions

4.1 Unfolding the Tripod Base

  1. Place the stand on a flat, stable surface.
  2. Loosen the locking knob at the base of the stand.
  3. Carefully spread the three legs outwards until they are fully extended and form a stable tripod.
  4. Tighten the locking knob securely to fix the legs in position.

4.2 Attaching the T-Bar

  1. Locate the T-bar and the top pole of the stand.
  2. Insert the T-bar onto the top pole. Ensure it is seated correctly and aligned.
  3. Tighten the T-bar locking mechanism to secure it firmly to the pole.

4.3 Adjusting Height

  1. Loosen the height adjustment knob on the main pole.
  2. Carefully raise or lower the inner pole to the desired height (between 145 cm and 325 cm).
  3. Once the desired height is reached, securely tighten the height adjustment knob. Ensure the safety pin (if present) is engaged.

4.4 Mounting Lighting Fixtures

  1. Attach your lighting fixtures to the four mounting points on the T-bar using appropriate clamps or fasteners (not included).
  2. Ensure all fixtures are securely fastened and their weight is distributed as evenly as possible.
  3. Double-check all connections and stability before operating any lights.

5. Operating the Stand

Once assembled and with lighting fixtures mounted, the Audibax STAND MH-PRO is ready for use. Always ensure the stand is stable and all connections are secure before activating any lighting equipment. Avoid sudden movements or impacts to the stand while in use.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the stand with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Inspection: Regularly inspect all parts for signs of wear, damage, or loose fasteners. Pay close attention to the locking mechanisms and leg joints.
  • Lubrication: Periodically apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the sliding parts of the height adjustment mechanism to ensure smooth operation.
  • Storage: When not in use, collapse the stand to its minimum size and store it in a dry, clean environment, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
