2. Safety Information
- Consult a physician before starting any exercise program.

3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking

4.1 Console Overview
The console features a 7-inch backlit display, various control buttons, and an integrated tablet holder.

- Display: Shows workout metrics such as time, distance, calories, and resistance level.
- Quick Resistance Buttons: Allows for instant adjustment of resistance levels (3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24).
- Integrated Tablet Holder: Securely holds your tablet for entertainment or iFit workouts.
- EKG Grip Pulse Heart Rate Sensor: Located on the handlebars to monitor your heart rate.
4.2 Starting a Workout
- Step onto the oversized cushioned pedals.
- Press the BEGIN button on the console to start a manual workout.
- Alternatively, select one of the 32 pre-programmed workout apps.
- Hold the EKG grip pulse sensors on the handlebars to monitor your heart rate.
4.3 Adjusting Resistance
The trainer offers 24 digital resistance levels. You can adjust the resistance using the Digital Quick Resistance buttons on the console or the integrated in-handle controls.

4.4 Using iFit
The ProForm Cardio HIIT Trainer is iFit enabled. To activate your iFit membership and access a library of trainer-led workouts, visit ifit/activate. iFit allows your instructor to auto-adjust your resistance to match real-world terrain and trainer suggestions, which can be overridden manually.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
- Wipe down the trainer after each use with a damp cloth to remove sweat and dust.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish or electronic components.
