Important Safeguards
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons. Read all instructions carefully before operating the appliance.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the main unit in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- Ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risks resulting from entanglement or tripping over a longer cord.

Key Components:
- Main Unit: Houses the heating element and fan.

Before First Use
- Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
- Clean the basket and frying pan thoroughly with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before use.
Note: During the first few uses, a slight odor may be present. This is normal and will dissipate quickly.
Setup
- Place the air fryer on a stable, horizontal, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of free space on the back and sides of the appliance, and 4 inches (10 cm) above it.
- Insert the detachable basket into the frying pan.
- Slide the frying pan with the basket back into the main unit until it clicks into place.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet. The appliance is now ready for use.

Operating Instructions

The air fryer features an advanced touch screen LCD for easy operation.
Basic Operation:
- Power On: Plug in the appliance. The power indicator will light up. Press the power button (U) to turn on the display.
- Preheating (Optional): For best results, preheat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes. Set the desired temperature (e.g., 390°F) and time, then press start. The heating indicator will illuminate.
- Loading Food: Carefully pull out the frying pan from the appliance. Place ingredients into the detachable basket. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
- Setting Temperature and Time:
- Manual Setting: Press the 'M' button to cycle through manual temperature and time settings. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the temperature (180°F - 390°F) and time (0-60 minutes).
- Preset Programs: The touch screen offers 7 built-in smart programs: Chicken, Steak, Chips, Meat, Shrimp, and Fish. Select the appropriate icon for your food. The appliance will automatically set a recommended temperature and time.
- Start Cooking: Once settings are chosen, press the power button (U) again to start the cooking process. The heating indicator will light up.
- Monitoring and Shaking: For even cooking, some foods may require shaking or tossing halfway through the cooking time. Carefully pull out the frying pan, shake the basket, and then slide it back in. The cooking will resume automatically.
- Automatic Shut-off: The air fryer will automatically switch into standby mode when the cooking time is done. A 'ready signal' will sound.
- Removing Food: Carefully pull out the frying pan. Press the basket release button (with the protective cover) to detach the basket from the pan. Transfer food to a serving dish.
- Power Off: Press and hold the power button (U) to turn off the appliance. Unplug from the wall outlet.

Cooking Tips
- Smaller ingredients usually require a shorter cooking time than larger ingredients.
- A larger amount of ingredients only requires a slightly longer cooking time, a smaller amount of ingredients only requires a slightly shorter cooking time.
- Shaking smaller ingredients halfway through the cooking time optimizes the end result and can help prevent unevenly fried ingredients.
- Do not overfill the basket. Overfilling can affect cooking performance.
- For crispier results, lightly spray or brush a small amount of oil onto your food.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Clean the appliance after every use.
- Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- Clean the frying pan and basket with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. The detachable basket and frying pan are dishwasher safe.
- For stubborn food residue, soak the basket and pan in hot water with some dish soap for approximately 10 minutes.
- Clean the inside of the appliance with hot water and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Clean the heating element with a cleaning brush to remove any food residues.

Caution: Do not use abrasive cleaning materials or harsh chemicals on any part of the air fryer.
Troubleshooting
