- Blades are sharp. Handle with extreme care when assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Do not use the appliance if the power cord or plug is damaged, or if the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any way.
- Do not process extremely hot liquids immediately after boiling. Allow them to cool slightly to prevent splashing and potential burns.
- Ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, flat, and dry surface during operation.

Setup
Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food (blending rod, beaker, chopper, whisk) in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. The motor unit should only be wiped with a damp cloth.
- Attaching the Blending Rod: Align the blending rod with the motor unit and twist until it locks securely into place.
- Attaching the Whisk: Insert the whisk into the whisk adapter, then attach the adapter to the motor unit, twisting to lock.
- Attaching the Chopper: Place the chopping blade onto the central pin inside the chopper bowl. Add ingredients. Secure the chopper lid onto the bowl, then attach the motor unit to the lid, twisting to lock.
- Wall Mount Installation: The wall mount can be affixed to a suitable wall surface using screws (not included) for convenient storage. Ensure it is securely fastened before hanging the appliance.
Operating Instructions
The Sencor Hand Blender features continuous speed control and an extra quiet 350W DC motor for efficient blending, chopping, and whisking.

- Preparation: Ensure the desired attachment (blending rod, whisk, or chopper) is securely attached to the motor unit.
- Power Connection: Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet.
- Blending/Processing:
- For Blending (using blending rod): Immerse the blending rod into the ingredients. Press and hold the 'ON' button. Rotate the top dial for continuous speed control to adjust the blending intensity. Move the blender up and down gently for even blending.
- For Chopping (using chopper): Place ingredients into the chopper bowl. Secure the lid and motor unit. Press and hold the 'ON' button. Use short pulses for coarse chopping or hold longer for finer results.
- For Whisking (using whisk attachment): Immerse the whisk into the ingredients. Press and hold the 'ON' button. Adjust speed as needed.

- Completion: Release the 'ON' button to stop operation. Unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
- Disassembly: Twist and pull to detach the motor unit from the attachment. Then, disassemble the attachment parts for cleaning.
Note: Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 1 minute. Allow a short break between cycles to prevent overheating of the motor.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Sencor Hand Blender.
- Before Cleaning: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a soft, damp cloth. Never immerse it in water or any other liquid.
- Blending Rod, Beaker, Chopper Bowl & Lid, Whisk: These parts can be washed in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly under running water. For stubborn food residue, soak the parts before cleaning.
- Blades: Handle the stainless steel chopping blade and blending rod blade with extreme care as they are very sharp. Use a brush if necessary to remove food particles.
- Drying: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing the appliance.
- Dishwasher Safety: Refer to the product packaging or specific instructions for dishwasher compatibility of individual parts. Generally, the motor unit is NOT dishwasher safe.
Storage
Store the Sencor Hand Blender and its accessories in a dry, safe place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
- Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storage.
- Utilize the included wall mount for convenient and space-saving storage of the main unit and whisk attachment.
- Store the chopper and beaker with their respective lids to keep them clean.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Sencor Hand Blender, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
