2. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your Line 6 Spider V 30 amplifier:
- Power Connection: Ensure the amplifier's power switch is in the OFF position. Connect the provided power cable to the AC IN port on the rear panel of the amplifier and then to a suitable power outlet.
- Instrument Connection: Plug your guitar cable into the INPUT jack on the front panel.

3.1. Front Panel Controls
- INPUT: Connect your guitar here.

- Effects: The amplifier includes a wide array of effects. Use the FX button to access and modify these effects.
- Tuner: Hold the TAP/TUNER button to activate the chromatic tuner.
- Metronome & Drum Loops: The Spider V 30 features a built-in metronome and various drum loops to aid in practice. These can be accessed and controlled via the display.

- USB Audio Interface: Connect the amplifier to a computer via USB for direct recording, re-amping, and firmware updates.
