5. Setup & Assembly

- Attach the Bowl: Lift the mixer head by pushing the release lever. Place the 3.5-quart stainless steel bowl onto the clamping plate, twisting it gently to secure it. Lower the mixer head until it locks into place.

6. Operating Instructions
- Add Ingredients: With the mixer head tilted back, add your ingredients to the stainless steel bowl.
- Lower Mixer Head: Gently lower the mixer head until it clicks into its locked position.
- Select Speed: Plug the mixer into a grounded electrical outlet. Turn the speed control lever to the desired speed setting (1-10). Start at a lower speed to prevent splashing, then gradually increase as needed.
- Monitor Mixing: Observe the mixing process. The tilt-head design allows for easy scraping of the bowl sides if necessary.
- Turn Off: When mixing is complete, turn the speed control lever to '0' (Off) and unplug the mixer.
- Remove Beater/Accessory: Lift the mixer head, then gently push the beater upwards and twist to remove it from the shaft.
